Bot Sapiens partnered with the client to create a market place for "Gifting Experiences" to the users. On one hand, the platform enabled the customers to gift cards to other users. On the other hands, the users can use their gift cards to purchase items from the marketplace. The Merchants can also use the platform to add their products and notify users about ongoing offers and sales.

The platform provided the various features to the various stakeholders:

• User A – the ‘gifter’, can choose from amongst various choices of gift cards and gift the same to other users. The status of the gift cards can be easily viewed.
• User B – the ‘giftee’, can redeem the gift cards to buy a wide range of products and services that are advertised by the merchants. The users can track their orders as well.
• The Merchants display not only their products and services on the market place, but also receive payments or gift cards against the same.
• The Market Place Administrator helps the users get registered and creates various reports to understand the user preferences.
