Bot Sapiens partnered with the client for designing and developing a Cloud based platform that offers 360 º healthcare solutions.

The solution was a completely integrated application that could be accessed over web/ mobile/ other hand-held devices and provided the following features:

• Vault - Health related documents could be stored in a digital format, thus reducing the dependency on carrying paper based reports.
• Order medicines online and track the orders. Medicines delivered the same day.
• Order PathLab tests to be conducted in the comfort of one's home. The labratory reports directly stored in the vault.
• Auto order of medicines based on monthly schedules.
• Online Doctor consultation and the facility to email reports to the doctor.
• Chat with self-help groups/ other groups with similar health issues.
• Notifications about offers and upcoming health camps/ events.
• Integration with Insurance companies for new policies/ renewals.

• We partnered with our client to provide an end-to-end IT solution, right from application design (from a UX perspective) to finding the right payment gateway, SMS gateway and hosting solution.
• Our client could focus on their core business completely.
• Apart from the 360 degree healthcare solution, we developed tools to help the client manage their day to day operations while keeping an eye on the cash burn.
